Worcester RFC Players Learn to Kick Like a Pro

Worcester RFC are delighted to have hosted the first, of hopefully many, Dave Alred School of Kicking workshops today.

The boys session this morning was led by kicking guru Tony Yapp, former Warriors and Exeter fly half. The afternoon session for girls and women was led by special guest coach Loughborough Lightning and England player Emily Scarratt.

Attendees learnt how to kick like a pro using the Dave Alred Coaching System. The workshops covered a mix of punting, goal kicking, and drop goals. Using a unique method of coaching that not only shows how to kick with more power, improve their accuracy with less chance of injury, but also explains the why.

Worcester RFC are looking forwards developing a strong partnership with the Dave Alred School of Kicking and offering more opportunities for our players to learn from the best. Visit schoolofkicking.com for more info.
