In light of the Government’s announcement yesterday on the continuation of the C19 restrictions we have decided to postpone the AGM until 28 July 2021.

In making this decision we considered carefully whether there are any legal and safe circumstances whereby we could justify holding the meeting as planned.  We have concluded that member safety and continuing to support the Government measures to defeat C19 must remain our priorities.  It is, therefore, right we delay the AGM for a short period.  For practical reasons we have ruled out a on-line meeting or an outdoor meeting.

The AGM papers will be reissued next month.   We will of course continue to monitor the situation closely and let you know of any developments.

Please accept my apologies for the postponement and any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued patience.
