Worcester RFC is an amateur community club, all players pay subscriptions and the club is run by volunteers. From the President and Chair through team managers, coaches and first aiders, everyone is a volunteer. We are always looking for new people to get involved in running our club or one of our teams.

We are currently actively recruiting for a Volunteer Coordinator to cover the whole club.  We see this a key role in growing our club and securing the future of Worcester RFC.

If you feel that you have welcoming, outgoing and personable personality, combined with passion, energy and commitment to make our club a greater place then please get in touch.

The RFU Club Volunteer Coordinator role specification provides an overview of the role, as this is a new role a large element of the scope of the role will be defined by the successful application.

We are very aware that our committee and management is very white male. We are proud of the fact that we are an inclusive rugby club, all are welcome, and rugby is the winner. A key priority for us, to ensure a successful future for our club, is to increase diversity in all aspects of the club, we want to replicate the diversity of our playing sides in the management of our club. We really do, honestly, encourage applications from all, especially anyone outside of current core demographic.

To apply for this exciting new opportunity please submit a covering letter outlining what you can offer and your vision for the role to chairman@worcesterrugbyclub.co.uk. If you’d like to talk to someone before applying then please contact AJ Mills, Tom Reeves or Tim Cunliffe.
