Promoting High Standards of Personal and Business Conduct - A Volunteer’s Code - September 2022

The MC has adopted a Volunteers’ code which sets out standards of personal and business conduct for all volunteers.

All our volunteers give generously and unconditionally and do a fantastic job for players – young and old, parents and everyone associated with the club.  Volunteers make the Club the great place it is.

However, volunteers cannot be expected to work in a vacuum and it is the role of the Management Committee to set out clear values and expectation for every volunteer - including the Management Committee members themselves.

It is also important that members, players, parents and other associated with WRFC are clear about what they can expect from those who act for the Club.

The code, which was recently shared with Team Managers, takes effect from this season and is being shared with all volunteers.

You can read it here.
