We know rugby is a winter sport but come on, it’s the middle of May and blowing a gail with driving rain across the pitches at Stourton Park this afternoon. This didn’t dampen the spirits of any of the players. The opposition where a team of Stourbridge and Kidderminster players who had only been together three weeks and boy, did they have some spirit. Despite the final score being Worcesters way, Stourbridge girls kept their heads up throughout.

Great rugby on display by both teams during a physical game. Both team finishing the afternoon with big smiles on their faces and we’re really looking forward to a return match next season.
