Dear Members, Players and Parents

In view of the anticipated announcement by the Prime Minister this afternoon on easing C19 restrictions I have asked Paul Knott to review, with the team managers and when published, the Government and RFU positions.

It is important we are all guided by Paul and the team managers on how best to manage a safe and responsible return to training. It may be a few days before we see anything from the RFU and, as always, our plans must be signed off by Niall Crawford, DoR, and Tim Cunliffe, M/J Chair.

I appreciate everyone is desperate to get back to playing rugby but it is vital we do not organise activities until we have agreed plans and teams have been given the go-ahead.

As before our priority remains the wellbeing of everyone and an orderly return is essential if we are to offer a safe environment for players and coaches.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support.

Steve
