We are delighted to announce our new Patron Representative, Max Edwards.

Max is a long-time playing member of the club with children in the U15 and U9 age groups.  Max assists with coaching in the U9s and is still actively involved with social/vets rugby.

The role is to;

  • Actively engage with all patron members and feed in their views to the Management Committee and Bars.
  • Seek out the views of patron members who may not regularly engage in the affairs of the club.
  • Feedback regularly to patron members and promote two-way communication and constructive dialogue.
  • Develop campaigns to attract more patron members (who want to support WRFC).
  • Encourage patron members to get more actively involved in the affairs and life of the club.
  • Take on key Management Committee projects and participate in club activities.
