Lots of Brilliant New Ideas
Massive thanks to everyone who came along to our Ideas Night this evening. We have lots of brilliant ideas to take forwards to improve OUR club and even more importantly – people stepping forwards to make sure those ideas become a reality. Our next step is to pull all those ideas together and present them to the Management Committee next week.
The one big takeaway from tonight was that there are a lot of people who are willing to help but they don't know how to offer help or what help is needed. Communication is the biggest barrier.
