Our members and players have, to date, led by example and I want to reiterate my heartfelt thanks to the many at our club who have worked and continue to work selflessly to keep us all safe.  As the situation improves, it is important we maintain our high standards – wearing masks, socially distancing and following the C19 rules especially in and around the clubhouse and on the pitch.

Here is a reminder of our rules:  Steve Lloyd, Chair

Our rules on the pitch

  • The online declaration and session attendance record must be completed

  • There is a maximum 20 minutes contact training and Tag/Touch/Ready4Rugby games only in training sessions

  • Breaks every 15 minutes to sanitise hands and replace balls

  • Contact bags/shields must be sanitised after each individual players use

  • Adapted contact fixtures are permitted with no scrum or maul activity

  • We must maintain social distance where possible

  • No spectators are allowed and only one parent may attend if participant is under 18

  • 15 players maximum per changing room if made available

Our rules about food, drink and the clubhouse

  • Everyone must sign in using the NHS Test and Trace QR code

  • The clubhouse may only be accessed for toilets or shop use and masks must be worn at all times

  • All members, players and guests must be seated outside unless arriving, leaving or using the toilets

  • The rule of six applies at all times

  • We must maintain social distance where possible

  •  Pitch 1 fixtures can be watched as long as the points above are followed

  • If all tables are occupied you must wait by the car park for a table to become available

  • Drink and food must be ordered via our WhatApp site; don’t forget your table numbe

  • Please be patient when we are busy. Food and drink may take longer to arrive.

We will of course review our rules after the 17 May in response to Government or RFU changes.
