On a bright Sunday afternoon on pitch 2, Worcester under 16s girls played Cheltenham North under 16s girls in the first pool match Midlands division of the National Cup.

This game proved a hard afternoon for Worcester, but the players did not drop their heads and they fought from the first whistle until the final whistle but were beaten 7 - 50. The players will have learnt alot against a very well drilled Cheltenham outfit.

I will leave it at this but there were positives and negatives.

The coaches tried different bodies in different positions during the match and Lead Coach DJ Pete said this was only the second match of the season, there were lots of positives and some areas we will look at on the training field.

Thanks to our coaches, lead coach DJ Pete, Big Matt, and Matt the Flag waver.

Also Sanatizer Sam our first Aider putting the players back together. Liz our Admin Lady sorry Manager, the people putting the flags out and fetching them in. People who were filming, Dan "Wayne Barnes" for refferreing and the Parents, Guardians  and Supporters. Hope the players who came off injured are ok and it was nice to see Katie with her sling supporting the team.

Worcester girls we go again.
